What devices do you accept?

We mainly accept smartphones, tablets, and gaming consoles. In some cases we may also consider handhelds and accessories if they’re bundled with a console or device.

How do I start a trade-in?

Go to the Sell to Us page and fill in the form with your device details. Once submitted, we’ll review your info and contact you with a quote and the next steps.

How is the price decided?

Do I need to remove my data?

Yes. Please back up and factory reset your device and remove any accounts (such as iCloud, Google, or console profiles). This keeps your data safe and speeds up processing.

How do I send my device to you?

Once you accept a quote, we’ll confirm packing and shipping steps with you. In most cases you’ll send the device using tracked postage and share the tracking number so we can monitor its progress.

What happens when you receive my device?

We inspect the device to confirm the condition matches the details you provided. If everything lines up, we approve the original quote. If there’s a difference (for example, more damage than stated), we’ll contact you with an updated offer before proceeding.

How and when do I get paid?

Once your device is checked and the quote is confirmed, payment is typically made by bank transfer. We’ll confirm the payment method and timeframe when you accept your quote.

Can I change my mind?

If you haven’t sent the device yet, you can cancel at any time. If you’ve sent it and don’t want to accept a revised quote, we can arrange to return the device to you (return postage may apply).
